Zelensky proposes that Ukrainian parliament terminate consular agreement with Russia

MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has submitted a bill terminating the consular convention between Ukraine and the Russian Federation to the Ukrainian parliament, Ukrainian media said with the reference to the parliament website.
