Red Wings Airlines not resuming flights from Makhachkala to Tel Aviv for now

MOSCOW. Oct 30 (Interfax) - Red Wings Airlines plans to resume flights to and from Makhachkala, except for those to and from Tel Aviv, starting Tuesday, an airline spokesperson told Interfax.

"As Rosaviatsiya [Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency] has lifted the restrictions and the Makhachkala airport has been reopened, Red Wings Airlines is resuming flights from and to Makhachkala starting October 31, except for flights to Tel Aviv," he said.

The airline will announce later how flights from Makhachkala to Israel will be organized, he said.

The Makhachkala airport resumed inbound and outbound flights at 2:00 p.m. Moscow time on Monday, Rosaviatsiya said earlier.
