Ukrainian ship repair company Dunaysudoremont to expand transloading terminal in Izmail

MOSCOW. Oct 27 (Interfax) - The Danube Ship Repair (Dunaysudoremont, DSR), a ship repair company based in Izmail Odessa region, intends to reconstruct and expand its infrastructure by repurposing and reequipping its transloading terminal in Izmail.

Documents obtained by Ukrainian media indicate that the work to be done is qualified as "specialized sea or river terminals."

"PSC DSR is a ship repair company. Its planned reconstruction will involve the expansion of its infrastructure base and re-equipment of its transloading terminal," the document say.

The time and cost of the reconstruction is not indicated.

The DSR company was set up in July 2008 on the basis of the Izmail Ship Building and Ship Repair Plant state company and specializes in repairing and building river and sea vessels.

According to the National Depositary of Ukraine data as of Q2 2023, 75% of DSR's stock belongs to Dokservis, 12.077% to Casablanca Shipping Limited (Cyprus), and 12.3571% to individual Ukrainian resident Igor Urbansky.

The company's authorized capital is UAH 44.482 million.
