Russian court imposes injunction against Poland's EuRoPol GAZ from continuing arbitration proceedings with Gazprom Export in Stockholm

MOSCOW. Oct 26 (Interfax) - The Arbitration Court of the City of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has upheld the claim of Gazprom Export LLC to impose an injunction against Poland's EuRoPol GAZ from continuing arbitration proceedings at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) Arbitration Institute, according to the court's materials.

"The claim has been satisfied in full," according to the court filing.
