Moldova partially restores postal services with Russia

CHISINAU. Oct 25 (Interfax) - Posta Moldovei, or Post of Moldova, the national postal operator, has resumed sending regular mail to Russia, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

At the same time, sending parcels and express mail between Moldova and Russia is still unavailable.

Postal services between Moldova and Russia have been suspended from time to time since 2022. Posta Moldovei most recently announced a halt to postal services with Russia in July 2023.
