Education Ministry, Google agree on further partnership to develop digital ecosystem in Ukraine

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Education and Science Ministry and Google have agreed on further partnership to develop the digital ecosystem in Ukraine, Ukrainian media said with the reference to the ministry's press service.

"Google is an old strategic partner, which always promptly responds to the requests of the Ukrainian Education and Science Ministry," the press service said, following a meeting between Ukrainian Education and Science Minister Oksen Lisovy and Google representatives.

Ministry officials thanked Google for rendering constant broad support for the Ukrainian education sector at the time of crisis, improving the digital infrastructure of educational institutions, developing digital competence of teachers, and forming a synergistic digital ecosystem at the nationwide level.

"At the end of the meeting, Google and the Ukrainian Education and Science Ministry outlined joint vectors and agreed on further partnership for the development of the digital ecosystem in Ukraine," the report said.
