Kazakhstan's Kaspi.kz intends to hold an IPO in U.S

ALMATY. Oct 19 (Interfax) - JSC Kaspi.kz has submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a draft registration statement regarding the proposed public offering of U.S. depositary shares, representing the company's ordinary shares, the London Stock Exchange (LSE) reported.

"This means that the company is planning an IPO in the United States," the company's press service clarified to Interfax.

The volume and price range of the proposed offering have not yet been determined, according to the press release.

"The IPO is subject to market and other conditions and the completion of the SEC's review process," according to the press release.
