ISS cosmonauts to go on spacewalk on Oct 25

MOSCOW. Oct 10 (Interfax) - The Russian members of the current crew aboard the International Space Station (ISS) will conduct work in outer space on October 25, Roscosmos said in a statement on Tuesday.

"The next spacewalk from the ISS under the Russian program is preliminarily planned for October 25, 2023. It will be performed by members of the 70th long expedition, cosmonauts of the Roscosmos state corporation, Oleg Kononenko and Nikolai Chub," the statement said.

On September 14, Kononenko said the next Russian spacewalk would take place in October-November 2023 and another three next year.
