Inter RAO still in talks with China on raising electricity prices, starts restricting supplies

MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Inter RAO , Russia's operator for electricity exports and imports, is continuing negotiations with China on including a new export duty in the price of electricity and has begun partial supply restrictions, a spokesman for the company told Interfax.

"Negotiations with China have not concluded. Partial restrictions of supplies have begun," he said.

With Mongolia, the company conducted successful negotiations to raise prices and supplies are continuing, the spokesman said.
