TMK SPO sells 1.74% of shares at 220.68 rubles/share
MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) - TMK , a major Russian pipe producer raised 3.97 billion rubles in a secondary public offering.
The company sold 18 million common shares, or 1.74% of total outstanding shares, at 220.68 rubles per share, TMK said in a press release.
