Putin allows transactions with shares in subsidiary of Italy's Intesa

MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has granted special permission to carry out transactions with shares in Banca Intesa, the Russian subsidiary of Italy's Intesa banking group.

The relevant order, which has been posted on the official website for publishing legal acts, allows transactions that will lead to the direct or indirect establishment, change, cessation or encumbrance of rights to own, use and/or dispose of 100% of shares in Banca Intesa.
