TMK increases volume of SPO from 1.5% to 1.7% of shares

MOSCOW. Sept 28 (Interfax) - PJSC TMK has decided to increase the volume of its secondary public offering from the previously announced 15 million ordinary shares, or 1.5% of the total, to 18 million ordinary shares, or 1.7% of the total, the pipe manufacturing company said in a statement.

TMK has decided to raise the number of ordinary shares for the SPO "amid increased demand", the company said in the statement.

TMK on Wednesday clarified that the price range for the SPO would be from 215 rubles per share to 230 rubles per share versus the previously announced range of 205 rubles per share to 235 rubles per share.
