VK completes redomiciliation to Kaliningrad SAR

MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - VK internet holding has completed the change of jurisdiction from the British Virgin Islands to the special administrative region (SAR) on Oktyabrsky Island, Kaliningrad Region.

As indicated on the website of the SAR management company, the VK (ICPJSC VK) international company public joint-stock company has been entered in the registry of participants, with the corresponding amendments registered on September 26.
