Baku ready to sign peace treaty with Yerevan - Azerbaijani presidential aide

BAKU. Sept 20 (Interfax) - Baku is willing to sign a peace treaty with Yerevan, Azerbaijani presidential aide and foreign policy advisor Hikmet Hajiyev said.

"What is important to us is not the platform where a peace treaty is discussed but what exactly is discussed. In principle, 70% of the peace treaty's text has been agreed upon. We reiterate our willingness to sign a peace treaty," Hajiyev said at a press briefing at the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry for members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Baku on Wednesday.
