Gazprom Neft maximizing oil refining - CEO Dyukov

TYUMEN. Sept 20 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft has ramped up oil refining as much as possible when deciding on cuts as part of the OPEC+ commitments, CEO Alexander Dyukov told reporters.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak previously said that Russia had pledged to cut exports by 500,000 barrels per day in August, and by 300,000 bpd from September until the end of the year, with companies themselves deciding whether to cut production or exports.

"We are exporting oil in compliance with the quotas that the Energy Ministry has given us," Dyukov said.

"In terms of refining, we have boosted the volumes in order to provide for the domestic market; you can see the situation on the domestic market. We have ramped up substantially as much as we could," Dyukov emphasized.
