Putin to discuss budget process with govt's economic block, presidential office on Monday - Peskov

MOSCOW. Sept 18 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss the budget process with the government's economic block and heads of the presidential office on Monday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"The president plans a series of working meetings and conferences for Monday. One of the conferences will be held with the government's economic block and heads of the presidential administration. This kind of economic meetings are held by the president on a fairly regular basis. This time, the budget process will be discussed," Peskov told reporters on Monday.

The president mentioned last week that the budget process was in full swing, he said.

Putin will also congratulate Sergei Sobyanin on being sworn in as the Moscow mayor, Peskov said.
