KEMEROVO. Sept 18 (Interfax) - Zarechnaya Mine and the Oktyabrsky mine site, part of JSC Power of Siberia Coal Company; S.M. Kirov Mine and Komsomolets Mine, part of JSC SUEK-Kuzbass; and Kostromovskaya Mine, part of MMK-Ugol LLC, have resumed operations following a power accident at the Zarechnaya-Novaya transformer substation that occurred on Saturday.
