Russian-N. Korean cooperation developing within int'l norms - Putin

SOCHI. Sept 15 (Interfax) - Russia is not going to violate any international norms or agreements while developing its relations with North Korea, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.

"Yes, there are certain special issues related to the Korean Peninsula. We're discussing this openly, but we never violate anything and are not going to violate anything in this case too. But of course, we will look for opportunities to develop Russian-North Korean relations," Putin said, while answering questions from journalists at a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Sochi.
