Russian, Chinese FMs to hold talks in Moscow on Sept 18 - Russian Foreign Ministry

VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 13 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi will hold negotiations in Moscow on September 18, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

"Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold negotiations with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Moscow on September 18," Zakharova said at a press briefing on Wednesday.

The negotiations will address "a broad range of aspects of bilateral cooperation, including high- and summit-level contacts," she said.

"The strengthening of cooperation on the world stage with emphasis on the joint work at the UN, BRICS, the SCO, the G-20, APEC and other forums will be highlighted," Zakharova said.

There will also be "a detailed exchange of views" on the Ukraine settlement process and the provision of stability and security in the Asia Pacific region, she said.
