Sberbank plans to open head office in Simferopol by end of 2023

VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 12 (Interfax) - Sberbank plans to open a head office in Simferopol and around 15 more offices in Crimea by the end of 2023, Stanislav Kuznetsov, the lending institution's Deputy Executive Board Chairman, told reporters on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.

"We are currently actively working to ensure that a head office building appears in Simferopol. It has been acquired, and the project has been approved and is being implemented. We plan to open the building by the end of the year, though perhaps slightly sooner," Kuznetsov said at the forum.

Kuznetsov recalled that Sberbank had already opened three offices in Crimea, one each in Yalta, Sevastopol, and Kerch.

"Perhaps before the end of the year, we will also probably open 15 of our offices," Kuznetsov added.
