Deal on acquisition of Sakhalin-2 stake by Novatek being delayed, we are ready for all options - CEO Mikhelson

VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 12 (Interfax) - Novatek's acquisition of Shell's (SPB: RDS.A) former stake in the Sakhalin-2 project has been delayed, Novatek CEO Leonid Mikhelson told reporters, without explaining the reasons.

"How this will be formalized is not a question for me. We have answered this many times - we have submitted all our proposals, there is a delay in their consideration. We are ready for any options," he said.
