Int'l partners' support crucial for Ukraine's joining EU, NATO - PM

MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - The international partners' support is crucial for a positive decision on Ukraine's joining the European Union and NATO, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said.

"The international partners' support is crucial for achieving Ukraine's goals of joining the EU and NATO [...] Ukraine is building a strong army and continuing comprehensive reforms aimed at building a strong and modern economy that will ensure the prosperity of Ukrainians, our recovery, and membership in the EU and NATO. And we need the support of friends and allies on this path," he was quoted by the Ukrainian media as saying at an online conference organized in Lithuania.
