Acron extends options to buy back 30% stake in Verkhnekamsk Potash Company
MOSCOW. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Acron in August extended the options to buy back 10% and 19.9% of the shares in Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (VPC), the operator of the project for the Talitsky mining and processing plant in the Perm Territory, until February 2024 and December 2023, respectively, the Russian mineral fertilizer producer said in a financial report to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
