MOSCOW. Aug 10 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Anti-monopoly Service has cleared the company Radio Reklama NN to acquire the Zarina, Befree, Love Republic and Sela retail networks, the regulator said on Telegram.

The regulator approved a request for the acquisition of up to 75% of the shares of JSC MFG Invest, as well as the right to control the activity of JSC Melon Fashion Group JSC and LLC Taksi.Stil.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, LLC Radio Reklama NN is 99.9% owned by LLC Infrastructure Holding-1, which is owned by Ivan Tavrin's LLC Kismet Capital Group.
