July 28 (Interfax) - Tatneft is ready to offer engineering services for the construction of oil refineries, oil and gas production, and to supply fuel and crude oil to African countries, Nurislam Syubaev, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of Tatneft , said during the Russia-Africa summit.
