Crew Dragon launch to ISS with cosmonaut Borisov rescheduled for Aug 17 - NASA

WASHINGTON. July 25 (Interfax) - The launch date of the SpaceX Crew Dragon-7 spaceship to the International Space Station (ISS) with the Russian cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov on board has been moved from August 15 to August 17, NASA's Commercial Crew Program Manager Steve Stich said.

"Because of the turnaround of the launchpad from that Falcon heavy configuration to the configuration we use for crew, we will adjust the launch day to August 17," Stich said.

The launch is due at 06:56 EST and the ship will dock with the ISS at 02:45 a.m. on August 18, he said.

On July 5, NASA said that the Crew Dragon carrying a crew which includes the Roscosmos cosmonaut would lift off on August 15.

The other crew members are NASA's Jasmin Moghbeli, the European Space Agency's Andreas Mogensen (from Denmark), and Satoshi Furukawa of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency.
