S. African president expected to participate in Russia-Africa summit in St. Petersburg - Peskov
MOSCOW. July 20 (Interfax) - South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, as well as other participants of the Russia-Africa summit, are expected in St. Petersburg, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Indeed, we are waiting for Mr. Ramaphosa in St. Petersburg and, of course, as with other participants, there will be contacts with him on the sidelines of this summit," Peskov told reporters on Thursday.
He thus responded to a question about whether Putin's talks with Ramaphosa and the latter's participation in the summit were still planned.
