Putin to attend BRICS summit by videoconference - Peskov

MOSCOW. July 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the BRICS summit by videoconference, but the work there will be full-fledged, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told Interfax.

"President Putin has decided to attend the BRICS summit by videoconference. It will be full-fledged participation. [Russian Foreign] Minister [Sergei] Lavrov will be present at the meeting," Peskov said.
