Etalon receives primary listing on MOEX

ST. PETERSBURG. June 10 (Interfax) - Developer Etalon Group received primary listing status on the Moscow Exchange, the company's press service said.

"The Bank of Russia has decided to register a prospectus of the company's GDRs (...) and allow the group's GDRs to be publicly traded in Russia. The company has therefore completed the procedure for changing its listing status on the Moscow Exchange to primary," the statement says.

The change in listing status does not impose restrictions on the trading of the group's GDRs and does not require additional actions on the part of GDR holders.

The Russian Central Bank approved the registration of a prospectus for global depositary receipts (GDRs) by Etalon Group on July 7.

It was reported that in May the board of directors of Etalon Group decided to start the procedure for obtaining a MOEX primary listing. To change the listing status on the Moscow Exchange to primary, it is necessary to register the prospectus of existing GDRs with the Bank of Russia.

Etalon Group made its initial GDR listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in 2011. The securities have also been traded on the MOEX since 2020. The company's GDRs, with ticker ETLN, are included in the first level quotation list.
