KazTransOil OPS operations restored after temporary stoppage following July 3 power outage

ALMATY. July 10 (Interfax) - Operations at the KazTransOil Oil Pumping Station in Atyrau and Mangistau regions, which temporarily stopped after a power outage last week, have been fully restored, the company's press service said.

Operations were restored after the stabilization of the supply of electricity by the energy transmission organization. Transportation of oil through the KazTransOil system of main oil pipelines is being carried out within normal technological specifications.

KazTransOil has confirmed that it is technically possible to transport oil in full in accordance with the supply schedule approved by the Ministry of Energy. However, the actual volumes of oil transportation will depend on the applications received from oil companies," the press report says.
