Ukrainian president, Swedish PM to coordinate efforts to bring NATO membership closer for both countries

MOSCOW. July 4 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson have agreed to coordinate efforts to bring NATO membership closer for Ukraine and Sweden.

"We agreed to coordinate efforts to bring NATO membership closer for Ukraine and Sweden," Ukrainian media quoted Zelensky's post on social media as saying.

The Ukrainian president also thanked Kristersson for "Sweden's effective six-month Presidency of the Council of the European Union."
