New Gazprom board meets at Lakhta Center, Zubkov again made chairman

MOSCOW. June 30 (Interfax) - Gazprom's newly elected board of directors, re-elected at Friday's annual general meeting, met for its first in-person session at its new headquarters at the Lakhta Center, the company said in a statement.

"A meeting of the company's newly elected board of directors was held today at the Lakhta Center, the headquarters of PJSC Gazprom ," the company said in a statement.

A decision was made to re-elect Viktor Zubkov as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom, as Deputy Chairman.

Board committees were also set up.
