Kazakh National Bank says there is no excess ruble liquidity in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. June 30 (Interfax) - There is currently no excess cash in rubles in Kazakhstan, Kazakh National Bank Chairman Galymzhan Pirmatov said in a statement.

"There is no excess cash in rubles. There is even less than the average balance that we had before February 2022," Pirmatov told reporters on Friday on the sidelines of a joint meeting of the parliament chambers.
