Siberian Glass plans IPO within five years

NOVOSIBIRSK. June 30 (Interfax) - Siberian Glass LLC, a division of RATM Holding, is planning an initial public offering within the next five years, the group's press service reported, citing company CFO Yekaterina Nesterenko.

She said working on the corporate bond market is part of the long-term strategy leading up to an IPO.

Siberian Glass completely placed three-year bond series BO-P03 totalling 300 million rubles in early November 2022. The company also has two other issues of exchange traded bonds in circulation totalling 425 million rubles.

RATM Holding said Siberian Glass plans to begin preparations in 2025 for a project to repair one of its glass melting furnaces.

Siberian Glass makes 120 types of glass containers that it ships to customers from the Urals to Russia's Far East, as well as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia.

RATM Holding also includes the Ekran Optical Systems plant, Rostov Optical and Mechanical Plant (ROMZ), NPO Gidromash in Moscow, Kataisk Pump Plant, Lomonosov Capital Management Company and a number of real estate development assets.
