Bashneft shareholders approve dividends of 199.89 rubles per share for 2022

MOSCOW. June 23 (Interfax) - The shareholders of Bashneft at their annual general meeting approved dividend payments of 199.89 rubles per ordinary share and preferred share, respectively, for 2022, the oil company said in a statement.

The dividend record date is July 7.

Bashneft plans to allocate 35.507 billion rubles overall for dividend payments.

The company will retain 72.57 billion rubles of last year's earnings.

Bashneft has not disclosed financial results for 2022 to either Russian Accounting Standards or International Financial Reporting Standards.

The shareholders approved the 2022 annual report and financial statements, elected a board of 10 directors and confirmed TSATR - Audit Services LLC as auditor for 2022.

Shareholders approved dividends of 117.29 rubles per ordinary and preferred share or 20.834 billion rubles in total for 2021. It paid 24.5% of net profit to IFRS, which was 84.9 billion rubles.

Rosneft owns 57.66% of Bashneft, another 4.41% belongs to Bashneft-Invest LLC and 25.000001% to the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The company has 147,846,489 issued ordinary shares with par value of 1 ruble each representing 83.23% of charter capital and 29,788,120 preferred shares representing 16.77%.
