Sovcomflot to pay nearly 10.2 bln rubles in 2022 dividends

MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Sovcomflot voted at their annual meeting on June 15 to accept a dividend of 4.29 rubles per share for 2022, the shipping company said in a statement.

The overall payout will be 10.188 billion rubles.

The dividend record date is July 5. Dividends will be paid to nominal shareholders not later than July 19, and to others not later than August 9.
