SPIEF brings over 660 bln rubles of investment to St. Petersburg
ST. PETERSBURG. June 19 (Interfax) - St. Petersburg signed 62 agreements worth 660 billion rubles at this year's St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the city government reported on Saturday.
"Without western investors at the forum, the city signed contracts worth more than 660 billion rubles. In the current geopolitical realities this is a substantial success," St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov was quoted as saying in the statement.
Agreements were signed in industry, energy, transport infrastructure, logistics, education and food services.
