Shulginov: CNPC has number of proposals for substantial new joint projects

ST. PETERSBURG. June 16 (Interfax) - Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov has discussed current oil and gas supply projects with representatives of China's CNPC.

"Our Chinese partners have a number of proposals for new large joint projects. We will study and discuss them in depth," Shulginov told reporters.

According to the Energy Ministry, the minister said at the meeting that the Russian side is cooperating with Chinese partners on oil supply and refining, natural gas supply and LNG supply. "We continue successful cooperation with our colleagues in such projects as Power of Siberia, Yamal LNG, Arctic LNG 2, and Skovorodino - Mohe - Daqing," he said.
