Russia's export duty on oil to fall $0.6 to $15.6 per tonne on July 1 - MinFin

MOSCOW. June 15 (Interfax) - The export duty on Russian oil will fall $0.6 to $15.6 per tonne beginning on July 1, 2023, according to the Finance Ministry's calculations.

The average price for Urals oil for the monitoring period from May 15 to June 14 was $54.57 per barrel, or $398.3 per tonne.

The price for North Sea Dated (Brent) oil for the period was $75.46, thus the Urals discount to Brent will be 27.7%, down from 29.9% in May, 30.9% in April, 39.5% in March and 41% in February and January.
