Rosatom sees demand for at least 15 floating nuclear power plants along Northern Sea Route

ST. PETERSBURG. June 15 (Interfax) - Rosatom sees potential orders for at least 15 floating nuclear power plants along the Northern Sea Route (NSR), the Russian state corporation's CEO, Alexei Likhachev said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

"We currently see orders for around 15 floating generating units along the NSR, according to the most modest estimates," Likhachev said, adding that this included orders "from our power companies."
