Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline blast complicates grain deal extension - Peskov
MOSCOW. June 8 (Interfax) - The Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline blast may have negative implications for the Black Sea Grain Initiative's future, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"It can have only a negative effect," Peskov told reporters in response to a related question.
"We are unaware of the kind of damage and of what the Ukrainian side is planning to do with this pipeline. However, you know that the issue was a key element in our part of the deal. Hence, so to say, this is another aspect that somewhat complicates the deal's extension," Peskov said.
