Ukraine's Kuleba addresses NATO countries' FMs
MOSCOW. May 31 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba addressed his counterparts from NATO member countries ahead of their informal meeting in Oslo, outlining three steps that Kuleba believes are key to making the alliance's upcoming Vilnius summit successful.
"Three steps to make the Vilnius summit a success. Strengthen Ukraine-NATO institutional ties and assistance. Take a step toward Ukraine's membership. Provide security guarantees on Ukraine's path to NATO," Ukrainian media outlets quoted Kuleba as saying in his statement circulated on social media.
