MDMG to delist from LSE

MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - MD Medical Group (MDMG), owner of the Mother & Child chain of healthcare clinics in Russia, has announced plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange.

The decision is due to the protracted suspension of trading in the company's Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) on the LSE and, consequently, investors' inability to trade the securities on the exchange, MDMG said in a statement on Tuesday.

The listing is expected to be terminated effective June 22.
