ROSTOV-ON-DON. May 22 (Interfax) - Power supply to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant in Energodar via a line from Ukraine has resumed after being disconnected in the early hours of Monday, the plant administration said on Telegram.

"Power supply to the Zaporozhye NPP resumed at 2:20 p.m. Moscow time. The plant is operating normally. Diesel generators have been shut down and put on standby," the statement quoted Zaporozhye NPP Director Yury Chernichuk as saying.

The disconnection of the 750kV Dneprovskaya high-voltage power transmission line, which supplies power to the Zaporozhye NPP, was reported on Monday morning. Diesel generators supplied power for internal processes.
