Grain deal valid until July 18, Ukraine hopes for normalization of inspections - deputy PM

MOSCOW. May 18 (Interfax) - The Black Sea Grain Initiative has been unblocked and will remain valid until July 18, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine. Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov said.

"The world will continue to receive Ukrainian products," the Ukrainian media quoted him as saying on a social network on Wednesday.

Kubrakov thanked partners for their commitment to further validity of the agreement on terms, which all parties had signed for.

"Hopefully, our partners will take every effort necessary so that the grain deal starts working to the benefit of global food security to the fullest," Kubrakov said.
