Oil and gas revenue receipts to Russia's budget still lag plan - Finance Minister

MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - The problems with oil and gas revenue receipts to Russia's federal budget persist, and they lag the planned figures, while non-oil and gas revenues could slightly exceed the plan for the year, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and members of the government.

"Revenues not related to oil and gas are growing as planned. We expect that there could even be a slight plus in non-oil and gas revenues at the end of the year. However, the problems are with oil and gas revenues. Taking into account the market situation, and taking into account the discounts, we see that they lag the plan thus far," Siluanov said at the meeting.
