Alrosa supervisory board appoints Pavel Marinychev as company CEO

MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - The supervisory board of Alrosa has voted unanimously to appoint Pavel Marinychev as the company's CEO and executive board chairman for the next three years, Alrosa said in a press release.

Pavel Marinychev replaces Sergei Ivanov, who has headed the company since 2017.

"Our strategic priorities remain unchanged. Despite the complicated geopolitical conditions, we will solidify the resource base, and improve production efficiency and management quality," Marinychev was quoted as saying in the press release.
