Zelensky views U.S. delegations' visits to Ukraine as important

MOSCOW. May 10 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said at a meeting with a delegation from the U.S. state of Utah last Saturday that the visits of U.S. delegations to Ukraine and the assistance at the level of individual states are important, Ukrainian media reported citing the presidential press service.

The American delegation was led by President of the Utah State Senate Stuart Adams. It also included businessmen and representatives of charitable organizations.

Zelensky noted the importance of such visits, which are indicators of support for Ukraine both at the national level and at the regional level.

He called on American businesses to invest in Ukraine by assisting in creating jobs. "It is important for us to create new jobs. If you can help with this, please do so," Zelensky said.

"I urge you to invest in the Ukrainian agricultural industry and the IT sector. Such cooperation will be mutually beneficial," Zelensky said.
