Armenian-Azerbaijani talks on peace agreement planned for May 19 - Armenian Foreign Ministry

YEREVAN. May 10 (Interfax) - Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov will hold talks on May 19, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakyan Safaryan said.

"Negotiations at the level of foreign ministers are planned for May 19. The text of a peace agreement will be on the negotiating table," Safaryan told Armenian media on Wednesday.

He did not say where the negotiations would be held.

Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan told reporters on Tuesday that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev would meet in Brussels on May 14 and another meeting would follow in Chisinau on the sidelines of the European Political Community's summit in Chisinau in early June.

The French president and the German federal chancellor will join the meeting in Chisinau. In addition, Russian Ambassador in Yerevan Sergei Kopyrkin said that Pashinyan and Aliyev "will soon" meet in Moscow.
