Peskov on grain deal's future: Let's wait for outcomes of negotiations

MOSCOW. May 10 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has declined to comment on the future of the Black Sea Grain Initiative while another round of negotiations on the matter is underway in Istanbul.

"We won't comment on anything. Work is being done. Our position is well known both to specialists and non-specialists. It is consistent. Everyone recognizes our interests. Everyone also recognizes the need to implement that part of the deal that concerns us. Let's wait for the outcomes of the negotiations," Peskov told journalists on Wednesday when asked how the Kremlin saw the deal's future.
